After researching this issue it has been found that Equifax implemented a code incorrectly, which resulted in the reporting/notifications errors. Equifax is working to reverse the incorrect code that was reported. Many of our members have already seen the correction on their Credit Karma account. The Credit Union has been getting a lot of calls regarding Credit Karma & Equifax reporting discrepancy. Credit Karma is alerting members that Equifax is reporting our Visa is either closed or transferred. We are working diligently to correct this and will update on the situation once this is resolved.
